在順義，隨處可以見到巾幗志愿者的暖心身影。趙丹利用繪畫專長，開設(shè)繪畫學(xué)校，融合繪畫和心理學(xué)知識，服務(wù)各類群體。吳凌雪結(jié)合自身所學(xué)與優(yōu)勢，積極參與社區(qū)環(huán)境清潔、廉政普法宣傳等志愿服務(wù)活動。萬詠梅2013年起助學(xué)青海女孩，積極參加志愿宣傳、義務(wù)獻(xiàn)血等活動。她們用實際行動向身邊人傳遞溫暖。

范麗麗自2022年9月起，每天7時30分到8時期間，都會到馬坡小學(xué)門口，護(hù)送孩子過馬路，保障孩子們的安全。趙海潮熱心公益，活躍在多項志愿服務(wù)活動中，積極帶動村民共行善舉。王淑萍創(chuàng)新志愿服務(wù)模式，帶頭組織開展系列活動，讓志愿服務(wù)惠及更多人。張新月聚焦“一老一小”，定期探訪空巢老人、開展知識講座與親子活動。陳秋艷主動服務(wù)村民，為村民排憂解難。許娜是幼兒園教師，也是助老服務(wù)隊志愿者，她每周定期陪伴老人，用行動詮釋尊老美德。

退休后的梁紅積極投身公益，悉心照料老人、貼心代購陪診，主動參與文化活動，老伴胡其武全力支持，二人攜手為社區(qū)添彩，展現(xiàn)最美家庭風(fēng)貌。北京市順義區(qū)第十一中學(xué)志愿服務(wù)隊成立于2019年，現(xiàn)有志愿者613人。志愿服務(wù)隊積極打造特色志愿活動，在豐富學(xué)生課余生活的同時，弘揚(yáng)了“奉獻(xiàn)、友愛、互助、進(jìn)步”的志愿精神，榮獲市級、區(qū)級等多項榮譽(yù)。
順義區(qū)巾幗志愿服務(wù)成效顯著。在日常社區(qū)服務(wù)、關(guān)愛弱勢群體、助力文化傳承等領(lǐng)域都有志愿者的身影。她們的行動帶動居民互助，形成鄰里和睦、尊老愛幼的好風(fēng)氣。自2023年市婦聯(lián)社工部開展巾幗志愿服務(wù)光榮榜推選發(fā)布活動以來，順義區(qū)共有20名個人、3戶家庭、4支隊伍榮登北京市巾幗志愿服務(wù)光榮榜。
順義區(qū)關(guān)注親子家庭需求，圍繞“幸福家庭”“美好家鄉(xiāng)”“貼心家人”三大主題邀請專業(yè)團(tuán)隊研發(fā)課程，以“專業(yè)化培訓(xùn)，規(guī)范化執(zhí)行，標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化輸出”的模式開展“三家”系列活動，區(qū)婦聯(lián)在活動中大力挖掘最美巾幗志愿者和先進(jìn)事跡，涌現(xiàn)出一批批優(yōu)秀的巾幗志愿者、志愿家庭、志愿組織典型。同時，區(qū)婦聯(lián)注重發(fā)揮婦女在家庭與社會治理中的作用，打造“溫情陪伴一小時”等特色品牌，使志愿服務(wù)精神蔚然成風(fēng)，匯聚推動社會文明進(jìn)步的巾幗力量。
