三大目錄
首先，醫(yī)保目錄包括基本醫(yī)療保險藥品目錄、診療項目目錄和醫(yī)療服務(wù)設(shè)施目錄，也就是我們常說的“三大目錄”。

基本醫(yī)療保險藥品目錄
甲類藥品
臨床治療必需、使用廣泛、療效好，同類藥品中價格低的藥品。參保人使用這類藥品時，可以全額納入報銷范圍，之后按規(guī)定比例報銷。
乙類藥品
可供臨床治療選擇使用、療效好，同類藥品中比甲類藥品價格高的藥品。參保人使用這類藥品時，需要個人自付一定比例，剩下的部分納入報銷范圍，再按規(guī)定比例報銷。

診療項目目錄
臨床診療必需、安全有效、費用適宜且由物價部門制定了收費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的診療項目，予以報銷。
不予報銷的診療項目：各種美容、健美項目、非功能性整容、矯形手術(shù)等。

醫(yī)療服務(wù)設(shè)施目錄
定點醫(yī)療機構(gòu)提供的，在接受診斷、治療和護理過程中必需的服務(wù)設(shè)施，予以報銷。
不予報銷的醫(yī)療服務(wù)設(shè)施：急救車車費、住院陪護費等。

這其中既有板藍根等常用藥，也有炒酸棗仁等炮制品。藥品用途主要包括補益、清熱、活血化瘀、止咳化痰、安神、祛風(fēng)濕等，覆蓋病癥廣泛。
