春節(jié)期間人員返鄉(xiāng)、流動劇增，各類矛盾糾紛增加。洛陽警方持續(xù)推進“化解矛盾風(fēng)險 維護社會穩(wěn)定”專項行動，利用春節(jié)假期進社區(qū)、進家庭、進鄉(xiāng)村，協(xié)同相關(guān)部門持續(xù)開展矛盾風(fēng)險聯(lián)合排查、綜合研判和跟蹤調(diào)處工作。假期期間，全市公安機關(guān)共調(diào)處各類矛盾糾紛3681起，有效發(fā)現(xiàn)、妥善處置各類風(fēng)險隱患。

今年春節(jié)假期時長較往年有所延長，洛陽主要景區(qū)及周邊人流、車流量持續(xù)爆滿，新春焰火晚會、迎春燈會等活動熱度高漲。我市警方牢固樹立“安全第一”理念，提前謀劃、周密部署，強化大型活動及旅游景區(qū)安保工作，加強公共場所安全監(jiān)管，全面排查安全隱患，有力保障了各項活動安全順利舉辦。假期期間，全市公安機關(guān)日均受理各類群眾求助400余起，洛陽公安民輔警的一次次暖心幫助，給人民群眾最溫暖，最實在的安全感。

大年初二凌晨1時許，澗西分局民警經(jīng)過近16個小時的蹲守，將電詐逃犯鄭某抓獲歸案。假期期間，洛陽警方強化違法犯罪打擊預(yù)防工作，持續(xù)保持對嚴重暴力、電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)詐騙、“黃賭毒”“盜搶騙”和尋釁滋事等違法犯罪的嚴打高壓態(tài)勢，嚴管嚴控危爆物品、管制刀具等重點物品，嚴查非法生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營、儲存、運輸、燃放煙花爆竹等違法行為。據(jù)統(tǒng)計，春節(jié)假期我市盜竊警情、打架及尋釁滋事警情同比分別下降34.6%、30.9%，社會治安大局持續(xù)穩(wěn)定。

春節(jié)期間，洛陽交警部門全警力投入路面，全方位感知調(diào)度，多維度宣傳誘導(dǎo)，統(tǒng)籌做好惡劣天氣應(yīng)對、路面管控、農(nóng)村交通安全、重點交通違法治理等工作，全力確保道路交通安全、有序、暢通。截至目前，我市交警部門共組織開展3次酒駕醉駕集中整治統(tǒng)一行動，勸導(dǎo)查糾“兩違”、酒駕醉駕、無牌無證等各類違法行為10407例，全市交通事故警情環(huán)比下降17.7%，全市道路交通安全形勢持續(xù)平穩(wěn)。
