《中華人民共和國(guó)能源法》于2024年11月8日，經(jīng)十四屆全國(guó)人大常委會(huì)第十二次會(huì)議表決通過(guò)，自2025年1月1日起施行。這部法律共九章，主要內(nèi)容包括總則、能源規(guī)劃、能源開發(fā)利用、能源市場(chǎng)體系、能源儲(chǔ)備和應(yīng)急、能源科技創(chuàng)新、監(jiān)督管理、法律責(zé)任、附則等。
