有人認(rèn)為，張碩不用賠償。雖然張碩因接聽電話暫時離開，但在離開前已確認(rèn)周圍環(huán)境安全，并且還口頭委托了錢爸爸幫忙照看。

本案中，雖然監(jiān)護(hù)人劉進(jìn)將孩子劉杰無償托付給張碩，但是根據(jù)民法典規(guī)定，監(jiān)護(hù)人將監(jiān)護(hù)職責(zé)委托給他人的，仍由監(jiān)護(hù)人承擔(dān)侵權(quán)責(zé)任。張碩因接聽電話讓孩子離開視線存在一定過錯，但也已通過墊付醫(yī)藥費的形式，對小錢的損失進(jìn)行了一定的賠償。
因此，小錢父母不應(yīng)再追究張碩的責(zé)任，
應(yīng)當(dāng)向劉杰父親劉進(jìn)主張賠償。
