人間煙火味，最撫凡人心。人們在過年的時候回到家鄉(xiāng),吃著媽媽做的家鄉(xiāng)菜,年味在這個時候最濃烈,春節(jié)期間，全國婦聯(lián)女性之聲將以“媽媽的拿手菜”為主題，推出一系列各地媽媽的拿手菜，在鍋碗瓢盆里品味團圓，在人間煙火里氤氳親情。今天我們一起來看廣東媽媽的拿手菜。

媽媽：
梅菜扣肉在制作過程中，層層疊疊碼到碗里，蒸熟后扣在盤里，外形圓滿，象征家庭團團圓圓，事業(yè)蒸蒸日上！
女兒：
那軟糯的五花肉，搭配上香甜的梅菜，味道簡直太棒了！真希望天天都能吃到！新的一年祝大家心想事成，身體安康！

媽媽：
周陂米餃已有百年歷史，是韶關(guān)市翁源縣的傳統(tǒng)客家小吃，爽口怡人，味道清醇?！帮溩印迸c“交子”諧音，取“更歲交子”之意，過年全家圍坐在一起，歡歡喜喜吃熱氣騰騰的周陂米餃，寓意“團團圓圓”“吉祥如意”。
女兒：
這個米餃就像我們一家人，爸爸像是餃子皮將我們兩個包裹在里面，為我們遮風擋雨，餃子餡就是我和媽媽，填滿這個家，都缺一不可。離家讀書時，每逢節(jié)假日我都會第一時間回家，嘗嘗媽媽做的米餃，不僅填飽了我的肚子，更填滿了我的心懷。

媽媽：
“年例”是茂名春節(jié)期間最盛大的民俗活動。這道爆炒年例雞，爆炒的雞肉入口皮滑肉嫩，原汁原味，讓人回味無窮。這道菜不僅是餐桌上的美味，更是團圓與喜慶的象征。
女兒：
讀書住校時，每次嘴饞想起媽媽做的爆炒年例雞，就會想起家人團聚的情形，我知道這就是團圓的味道，更是媽媽的味道。

蠔仔烙是潮州民間傳統(tǒng)美食，它集齊了海里（生蠔）、地下（地瓜粉）、地上（雞蛋）的食材，咸香可口，營養(yǎng)豐富，是一道潮州家庭老少咸宜的美食。新年我給孩子做一道蠔仔烙，祝福孩子們健康成長，吃嘛嘛香!
女兒：
媽媽在廚房忙活的時候，我也喜歡跟媽媽一起動手，自己制作的食物最好吃!新年到啦，祝大家心想事成，萬事如意！
