記者從農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部了解到，今年，我國(guó)將繼續(xù)在東北地區(qū)實(shí)施黑土地保護(hù)性耕作1億畝以上。

2020年至2024年，中央財(cái)政累計(jì)投入144億元，支持東北四省區(qū)實(shí)施黑土地保護(hù)性耕作4.06億畝次，其中有34個(gè)縣實(shí)施面積超100萬畝。

保護(hù)性耕作在不翻耕或少翻耕土壤、地表有秸稈覆蓋情況下進(jìn)行播種，能夠有效保護(hù)黑土層。目前，保護(hù)性耕作已成為東北適宜區(qū)域的主流耕作技術(shù)。今年，農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部將推動(dòng)保護(hù)性耕作與糧油大面積單產(chǎn)提升緊密結(jié)合，重點(diǎn)建設(shè)60個(gè)左右整體推進(jìn)縣和800個(gè)以上高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)應(yīng)用基地，在保護(hù)黑土地的同時(shí)強(qiáng)化增產(chǎn)效果。
